"Convenient, but the fees add up"
Well... Gopuff is definitely handy when I need snacks or drinks fast, especially when I don’t feel like going out. The service has usually been fine for me, but the delivery fees can make it hard to justify using it often. Sometimes it feels like the fees are almost as much as the stuff I’m ordering. I just wish the total cost was a bit cheaper or at least clearer before checkout.

"Cancellation Took Longer Than I Expected"
I use Gopuff every now and then, and most of the time it works just fine for me. But when I tried to cancel an order, it wasn’t as simple as I thought it would be. I had to reach out to support and wait around for a bit, which felt annoying since the order hadn’t even been picked yet. To be fair, they did fix it in the end and I got my refund, but I still think the cancellation process should be faster and easier to understand

"Promos never seem to work"
Every time I get a gopuff promo, I get my order ready and then it either says it’s invalid or just vanishes at checkout. Super annoying. And support? Same copy-paste response every time. Anyway, I had coffee this morning and felt mildly optimistic for five minutes, but yeah, not worth planning an order around their deals if they don’t actually work

"Snacks Were Stale"
I was disappointed with the snacks. They tasted stale, like they’d been sitting around for a while. I kept trying a few more pieces hoping it was just one or two, but nope, they all had that same stale taste. Just wasn’t fresh at all.

"The membership is honestly worth it"
I’ve actually been surprised by how quickly the membership pays for itself. I order little random things often, and not getting hit with extra fees every time makes a big difference. I feel like if you’re someone who shops here regularly, like a lot of us do, it’s definitely worth having

I still use goPuff sometimes because the delivery is usually fast, but the way they handle substitutions can be really frustrating. A few times they’ve swapped items for things I never would’ve chosen, or just taken something off my order without really giving me a chance to respond. It kind of feels like they don’t pay much attention to what I actually wanted. It’s not a terrible service, but I do wish they communicated better before the order just shows up.

I don’t know, maybe it’s partly on me for not looking closely enough beforehand, but the cost ended up being more than I expected. Once the extra fees got added in, it was kind of hard for me to justify, especially since I’m trying to be better about my spending lately.

"Login issues make the app hard to trust"
My account keeps kicking me out, and the login code either shows up way too late or doesn’t show up at all. I’ve tried resetting things, but it still keeps happening. Maybe it’s just my gut feeling, but if an app can’t keep me signed in, it makes me not really want to trust it for placing orders.

"Driver Wouldn’t Respond"
So... my driver didn’t answer any of my messages and only called once before hanging up. I was trying to give them the gate code, but got no response at all. Then the order was marked as delivered, and I had to walk around trying to find it. Really annoying experience, and support took forever too.

I mostly use Gopuff when it’s late and I’m like, okay, I need snacks… and maybe some random stuff I definitely didn’t plan on buying. The app is easy to browse, checkout is quick, and I do like that my past orders are right there so I can reorder without thinking too hard. Only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can lag sometimes, and every now and then something shows as available but disappears once I’m checking out, which is a little annoying. Still, it’s really convenient overall

"Support was slow, honestly"
I waited a really long time to hear back from support, and even when they did respond, I still didn’t feel like I got a clear answer. It was frustrating at the time, though I get that they may have been busy or dealing with a lot of requests.
