Was good, not anymore.
I managed to mention Gopuff to many friends, who enjoyed the service and Gopuff gave me £10 for recommendation. Now gopuff want them to place 6 orders before I see my £10.
Not giving you no more business.

This company was good at first Fam membership was £1.79 now it’s gone up to £5.79 they are taking the mick with that and every item has doubled in price, won’t be renewing my fam membership and will shop elsewhere, built a good reputation then took the mick which will ruin them in the long run also points you collect for discounts/rewards cost 5 times the price of points now, what a joke goodbye Go puff you have gone right downhill

I've had two really bad experiences with their delivery and customer service over recent weeks.
First, I made a large grocery order. Nothing happened for 90 mins (expected time 30 mins). Then after 2 hours and around 10 mins they offered to cancel the order and issue a refund. A huge waste of my time. The customer service rep had no useful info and wasn't friendly. Terrible.
Then yesterday, I ordered again (maybe last experience was a one-off?) and it was pretty bad again. Delivery driver (nice guy) told me some milk burst in the bag, so there was milk everywhere over other products. I had to clean the products, floor, etc. Huge mess. I contacted customer service a day later (because I know it was an ordeal and need to block off time for it). They initially denied the refund because it was after 24 hours. I complained, then they eventually relented (refund pending).
Overall, pretty weak service. The idea is interesting but they're not able to execute. Amateur hour at times.

This must be the worst delivery experience I ever had.
Not only they don't respect delay, items arrived damaged. You will then have to deal with a painfully slow customer service completely unhelpful that will end up issuing a credit that is impossible to use. Finally, you are offered the option to contact another customer service to help you with the fact that your credit doesn't work. This is endless. Prices are high, delivery service is bad, customer service is even worse. Don't waste your time.

Gopuff is one of the more reasonable priced delivery services our there , although this is changing.

the selection of products they have is great, along with some amazing offers , like the bogof on spirits they ran .

how ever the company has consistently raised prices , they used to have a minimum for free deliveries (understandable) now this seems to have gone entirely ,

Fam was a steal at £3 odd , now at over a fiver and that's kinda pushing it as to if its worthwhile, especially since the cost of the goods has also risen .

all in all Gopuff Is a decent company, that just needs to watch its pricing before becoming another jiffy or something similar.

app offers a variety of wYs to get points but will take them without even redeeming against any offer. Complete scam avoid I wasted spent months collecting them and then seeing them lose with first order which spouse to be 40% off for first order without taking any points away. Also products are expired on the same day of order.

Hello, I am emailing to report a problem with my order 1919292141. My order arrived heavily damaged and they leaked. The sodas exploded in the bag. They are refusing to refund me for the items in the order. I contacted them not 24 hours after the initial issue.

I still have responded to them, but they are still refusing to help me regarding my issue.

EDIT: I have received word back that they have not compensated me, so please advise me on what can be done about my issue.

EDIT: GoPuff is still refusing to offer any help even though the food was not safe, and made my family sick.

Customer service is horrible and non existent, scammed me into purchasing membership for a deal off promotional offers for money off each order then turned around after these deals not having a time limit create a fictitious date that is nowhere on anything related to the email they sent. Multiple emails to be told nah they expired and basically fack off and your not getting what we promised you. So here an honest review of this scamming crappy company.

I used to like this company, but the offers and rewards that came with fam membership are constantly changing. The amount of points needed to get a discount increased dramatically recently. The service in general has become increasingly poor, as well. The final straw was that I received 1kg of chicken that goes out of date tomorrow, plus many other products about to expire and when I contacted customer services they couldn't even offer me a discount. I've cancelled my membership and will never use them again.

Awful customer service, delivery time is a joke and the follow up when something goes wrong is unbelievably useless. I have deleted the app.

Gopuff customer service is so bad. I referred a friend and neither of us received a referral reward. They don't care to resolve the issue even though they choose not to respond for over a month and only did so when I found an escalation path.

I give one star as is not possible give 0. I've been fam member for over a year, ordering few times every week. One day was an item missing, so I tried contact them to get the item was missing delivered. I had to contact them by filling a form and by email as is NO CHAT and NO TELEPHONE NUMBER for this kind of issue. After long time waiting and all the effort to get the item delivered they just told me they don't deliver or refund me the item missing in my order. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY JUST STEAL YOU.

My order was over 2 hours late and ended up getting cancelled because the people that work for Gopuff are incompetent. They gave us the wrong order first then tried to tell us our real order just disappeared. GoPuff drivers are stealing food.

GoPuff missed an item in my order and after filling out forms and chatting to 2 different departments in customer service (was about an hour spent on this) GoPuff sent me an email saying that they won’t refund me for the missing item. There weren’t really any explanation. I’m very confused by the whole thing. Will not use GoPuff anymore, on top of charging people for items they don’t deliver, their customer service is also very bad and people are very unhelpful and rude

I've been using gopuff it's been year now I never had problems but today my shopping didt turn up I've contacted gopuff der not willing to give my refund rider took pictures on his bike box and said it got delivered nor did I get my shopping or my refund don't use gopuff you wil never get refund or ur shopping I'm so annoyed I'm never gonna use gopuff again 🙃 customer services is rubbish
